Licence for Alterations / Landlord Consent Plans

If you want to alter your leased premises in any way it will be necessary to gain the consent of your landlord.

Your lease will provide the list of necessary requirements and usually one of these is production of plans to allow the landlord to assess your proposals and identify the alterations and extent of reinstatement at the end of the lease. This will typically be formalised by the production of a licence for alterations prepared for you by your solicitor.

As well as being able to advise you on your reinstatement liabilities under your lease terms, we are able to produce accurate drawings for this purpose.
