The Kings Centre, Bootle

Client: Venus Charity, Bootle

Another fascinating heritage project for us to get stuck into!  The property comprises of a Victorian School Board Offices building constructed in 1888 on the corner of Balliol Road and Kings Road in Bootle.

The property had been left vacant for a number of years but was inspected by English Heritage Listing Department and Listed as Grade II.

Our instructions were to prepare a Feasibility Study for the repair and reinstatement of the property back to a condition where it can be occupied and used by a local charity looking for new head offices.
