As part of our commercial and technical feasibility services we helped our client's estates team determine best fit for this warehouse and office building a stone's throw from Gatwick Airport.
Having carried out a measured survey and developed space planning and Building Regulations drawings, we produced a schedule of condition to limit repairing liabilities under the lease and negotiated guaranteed Seamcil (Giromax) cut edge corrosion repair and roof redecoration together with curtain wall repairs.
On agreement of the licence for alterations, we competitively tendered the conversion works and acted as contract administrator to ensure successful delivery of the works.
