Assessment of NHS Healthcare Trust accommodation and space planning, Northwest

Having identified suitably sized premises, a full measured survey of the target building was undertaken and existing and proposed plans produced to illustrate allocation of space within the building.  Preliminary budget estimate costs for the repair, refurbishment and fit-out were assessed and incorporated within the Feasibility Study alongside rental and life cycle cost analysis.

Rowley Szilagy were appointed to assess the spatial requirements of various service provision and administrative teams across a number of sites to analyse the data and undertake a space planning and feasibility study to consolidate the offices and commercial facilities into a single site location.
