Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations, Crewe

Again, another instruction for a preparation of a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations, this time for an Industrial Unit used by an airline upholstery firm.  The usual assessment of the lease documents and the collation and examination of any other relevant documentation was conducted and a site inspection was carried out to determine the breaches of repair and decoration covenants contained within the lease.

The Terminal Schedule was successfully negotiated by the Landlord who obtained a mutually beneficial outcome with the outgoing tenant allowing swift occupation by a new tenant.
