Ingoing Schedules of Condition

At the commencement of any lease, it is prudent for an ingoing tenant to have a schedule of condition undertaken to record the condition of the building at that time and limit your repairing liabilities.  Not only will this act as a point for future reference at the end of the lease but can also highlight any aspects which the landlord should address prior to commencement.

We will prepare detailed schedules with full descriptions and photographs for your solicitor to append to the lease thus preventing dispute or concern later and certainly saving you money.
