Contract Administration

Once tenders are received, we are able to undertake full analysis and checking of the contractors’ priced schedules of works.  This allows us to provide recommendations for appointment to the client and provides the client with all the necessary cost information relating to the contract prior to construction.

Once appointed as Contract Administrator, we draw up formal contracts for both contractor and client to sign.  We then administrate the contract through to completion, chairing site meetings, valuing the works and certifying payments, undertaking final inspection all in accordance with the terms of the contract.
